Bulk deactivate crews

Deactivates multiple crews in a single operation. This endpoint allows batch deactivation of crews by providing an array of crew IDs. Only crews belonging to the authenticated user's company can be deactivated. Deactivated crews cannot be assigned to new work orders or jobs.
