Performs an advanced paginated search for jobs with multiple filter criteria including status, rep, region, date ranges, and text search. Returns a paginated list of jobs matching the specified criteria.

Filter jobs by postal code. Returns jobs located in the specified zip code area.

Filter jobs by customer region ID. Regions are company-defined geographic or organizational areas used to group customers and jobs. Only jobs whose customers belong to the specified region will be returned.
