Disables login access for a specific crew's user account. When disabled, the crew user cannot log into the RoofLink system. This is useful for security purposes when crew members should no longer have system access while preserving their crew records and work history. The crew must belong to the authenticated user's company. This operation sets the associated user's is_active status to false.
