Returns the definitions of all custom fields configured for jobs in the requesting company's workspace, including each field's label, underlying type, default/initial value, whether it is required, and (for ChoiceField fields) the list of available choices.
The top-level job_custom_fields object is a map keyed by the custom field's key. Each value is a CustomFieldDefinition describing that field.
