Retrieve a todo

Retrieves detailed information about a specific todo.

Permission Requirements:

• Employee users: Can access any todo in their company.
• Crew users: Can only access incomplete todos where they are the assigned user or creator.

Detail View Differences:

• The notes field returns the full text without truncation (list view truncates to 120 characters).
• Includes created_by and completed_by user information.
• Does not include the job field (only available in list view).
